What size brackets do I need?

• No more than 3” past edge of bracket should be unsupported
• Example: Your countertop is 20” Deep (20” – 3” = 17”) You’d want to go with an 18” x 12” Bracket
• Our brackets are listed as follows, depth x height measurements
• Example: 18” x 12” Bracket
• 18” (horizontally or depth)
• 12” (vertically or height)

How many brackets should I order?

• Standard Spacing: 16” - 24” Apart.
• We recommend mounting one bracket per stud.
• If you are mounting the bracket to a header style support you can modify bracket spacing.

When Will My Order Ship?

• In-Stock brackets ship same business day if ordered by 12:30 PM CST. And next business day if placed after 12:30 PM CST.
• Made-To-Order brackets are built and shipped in 2-4 Businesses days.
• Bulk orders of 100 or more support brackets take up to 7 business days to ship. If you have a bulk order we will contact you immediately if we are not able to get the order out in 1 business day. We will also contact you to arrange how these orders are delivered to your job site.
• All product Lead Times are shown just above the Add To Cart button, so you always know when your order will ship.

When Will My Order Be Delivered?

• Delivery dates are provided by UPS during checkout so you know when your order will be delivered. Tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as items are pulled and packed.
• There are expedited delivery options available if your project needs it.
• Typically when and order ships it takes 1-5 business days to be delivered depending on your location. We ship from our central warehouse in Wisconsin so we can deliver quickly across the entire US.
