When will my order arrive?

Iron Supports understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you. After placing your order fabrication begins - After fabrication comes powder coating - After powder coating comes QC, packaging and shipment.  You can expect your order to ship in 7-12 business days.

NOTE: Every single product on our website shows what the lead-time is.

Why are your brackets made-to-order? Because we build them to your specifications including width, size and custom finish.  Please note; because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the fabrication process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.

Backordered Items

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item.

What Are My Shipping Options /Cost?

About Free Shipping

Orders over $149 ship free, via standard ground service, to locations within the contiguous United States.
Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
Most orders ship via FedEx, UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

Carrier Calculated Shipping

All orders under $149 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Ground Shipping Time

Up to 5 Business Days (**does not include fabrication lead time!).
Your package may be delivered on a Saturday if shipped via FedEx Home, or USPS.
Ground shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge and is non-refundable on returns. Expedited shipping on in-stock orders placed by 1pm CST Monday through Friday will ship the next day and will arrive on a business day, according to the shipment type chosen. Rates will be calculated on the checkout page under shipping. Please note: Weekend delivery is not available on expedited items.

3-Day Service

3 Business Days (**does not include fabrication lead time!). No weekend delivery.

2-Day Air Service

2 Business Days (**does not include fabrication lead time!). No weekend delivery.

Next-Day Air

Next-business-day (**does not include fabrication lead time!). Delivery by 4:30 p.m. local time to most U.S. addresses; by 8p.m. to rural areas. No weekend delivery.

Freight Shipping

Freight delivery is typically 2-5 business days Monday through Friday (**does not include fabrication lead time!). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional fees. Sorry, we can't ship to P.O. Boxes.)

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package removal is not provided. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.

Shipping to Canada

Iron Supports uses UPS to ship parcels to Canada, and will calculate all charges during checkout for cost of delivery from our US Wisconsin warehouse to the Canada border prior to actual purchase.

Iron Supports cannot currently calculate and resolve import fees for any shipments. Any duty, tax, brokerage will be calculated when the item enters Canada and will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

What If My Product Arrives Damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately at (888) 971-3771. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

Can I return an item if I'm dissatisfied?

Yes absolutely, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Currently 99% of our customers are happy but sometimes they order too many. Yes, less than 1% return for reasons other than ordering too many so we are positive your going to love your investment in our bracket. We know your countertop will thank you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. After items are packaged and marked as shipped they will be treated as a return.

Orders can not be changed. In order to get items built and shipped as quickly as we can orders are immediately sent to processing. If you need to change your order you will want to place a new order and cancel the other.

Do You Offer A Warranty?

All items are warranted to the original owner to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects. If a defect is found, we will provide a replacement part or product, or make the appropriate adjustment.

Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use is not warranted. For example, “living finishes” on unsealed items such as copper, zinc and raw steel can be expected to naturally change over time and with normal use. This is not considered a defect and is not covered under our warranty. Other exclusions include damages incurred as a result of installation, replacement or repair, and damages due to improper cleaning, misuse or neglect.
