When Will My Order Arrive?

In stock items ship the same day up to 11 AM CST.

All of the items on Iron Supports are listed as either in stock or made-to-order.

Your estimated delivery day will be displayed after you enter your shipping address during checkout. You will have several shipping options to choose from during checkout from free shipping to next day air.

 Iron Supports understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you. After placing your order fabrication begins - After fabrication comes powder coating - After powder coating comes QC, packaging and shipment. You can expect your Made-To-Order items to ship in 7-12 business days.

NOTE: Every single product on our website shows what the lead-time is.

Why are your brackets made-to-order? Because we build them to your specifications including width, size and custom finish.  Please note; because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the fabrication
process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order.

NOTE:  We
do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Free Shipping --

Orders over $149 ship free via standard ground service to the 48 contiguous states.

Orders ship via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS Priority when you choose our free shipping option.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada have paid shipping options only.

Carrier Calculated Shipping Rates --

Shipping price and delivery dates will be provided by the carrier and shown on the shipping page during checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable on return orders.

3-Day Service:Business Days (**does not include fabrication lead time on Made-To-Order items!). No weekend delivery.

2-Day Air Service:2 Business Days (**does not include fabrication lead time on Made-To-Order items!). No weekend delivery.

Next-Day Air:Next-business-day (**does not include fabrication lead time on Made-To-Order items!). Delivery by 4:30 p.m. local time to most U.S. addresses; by 8p.m. to rural areas. No weekend delivery.

Freight Shipping --

Typically used for bulk orders of 25 or more brackets. It is more efficient and easier to keep track up since all of the items are on one pallet and not in several boxes.

Freight delivery is typically 2-7 business days Monday through Friday (**does not include fabrication lead time on Made-To-Order items!). Allow extra time for
delivery to remote addresses. Sorry, we can't ship to P.O. Boxes.)

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package removal is not provided.

This is a large, heavy order, so arrange to have a forklift or some way to get this pallet off the semi trailer. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.

Shipping to Canada

Iron Supports uses UPS to ship parcels to Canada.

Iron Supports relies on a 3rd party to calculate import fees on Canada Shipments.  During checkout your duty, tax & brokerage fees are calculated before placing your order.  Any discrepancies in duty, tax & brokerage fees when an item enters Canada will be the responsibility of the customer/ consignee.

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item, or cancelling the backordered item.

In our line of work backorders occur when material is not available or we have machines tied up with a backloog of orders.

Once your order leaves our Wisconsin warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Order Returns, Damages & Cancelations

Yes, absolutely. You will have 30 days to return your items - Please click here for
details on how to process your return.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from you order, please call us immediately at (888) 971-3771. We will take care of issue right away. Please be sure to take a picture, save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed by the carrier.

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. After items are packaged and marked as shipped they will be treated as a return.

 

Orders can not be changed. In order to get items built and shipped as quickly as we can orders are immediately sent to processing. If you need to change your order you will want to place a new order and cancel the other.

General Questions

All items are warranted to the original owner to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects. If a defect is found, we will provide a replacement part or product, or make the appropriate adjustment.

Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use is not warranted. For example, “living finishes” on unsealed items such as copper, zinc and raw steel can be expected to naturally change over time and with normal use. This is not considered a defect and is not covered under our warranty. Other exclusions include damages incurred as a result of installation, replacement or repair, and damages due to improper cleaning, misuse or neglect.
